You can also add a WINCH for an extra $25 per half or full day. https://roseburg-trailer-rentals.booqable.shop/ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Oregon DMV requires the driver (renter) to purchase a trip permit when pulling trailers weighing over 8,000 pounds. It is the responsibility of the renter to determine whether the load they are hauling will require permitting and to obtain the proper permit. To assist you with your calculations this trailer weighs 2,950 pounds (add 300 pounds if the box is also loaded with a battery and a winch) so if what you are towing is more than 5,050 (or 4,750) pounds a permit may be required. The permit cost is $5 for 10 consecutive days. This requirement may be waived when the hauling vehicle has either Transport or Farm plates. See the item 'Registration Weight Trip Permit' at this link for more information: www.oregon.gov/odot/dmv/pages/vehicle/trippermit.aspx |
